Employers and bar associations can participate as sponsors of the Sacramento Region Diversity Career Fair to help promote diversity in the legal profession. The Sacramento Region Diversity Career Fair does not charge law students or attorneys to submit applications or to participate in any portion of the career fair to ensure there is no cost barrier to participation. The Diversity Career Fair is open to all law students, attorneys, and judges, and is not limited to those submitting application materials or recruiting.
