The Sacramento Region Diversity Career Fair was held on September 21, 2024 by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California, the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, the University of California, Davis School of Law, and the Federal Bar Association Sacramento Chapter. Virtual interviews were held on September 23, 2024. The Diversity Career Fair featured "The Power of Mentorship" program with United States Magistrate Judge Allison Claire (E.D. Cal.), Sacramento Superior Court Judge Jerome Price, and Stoel Rives Managing Partner Melissa Jones.
The Diversity Career Fair was co-sponsored by the Asian/Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento (ABAS), Cruz Reynoso Bar Association, Leonard M. Friedman Bar Association, Sacramento Filipino American Lawyers Association (SacFALA), South Asian Bar Association (SABA), SacLegal Sacramento’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association, Wiley Manuel Bar Association (WMBA), Women Lawyers of Sacramento (WLS), and the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA).
